We stand behind our product. If you subscribe to any paid plan (Starter, Pro, or Agency) and are not satisfied within 14 days of your initial subscription date, you are entitled to a full refund of your first payment.
This guarantee applies to:

Include the email address associated with your WA Tracking account and your reason for the refund (optional, we appreciate feedback)
We will confirm your refund eligibility and process within 2 business days
The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer
After the initial 14-day period, subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. However, if you contact us within 48 hours of a renewal charge and have not used the Service during that renewal period, we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
We do not issue partial refunds for unused days in a billing period. When you cancel, you retain access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free tier.

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are initiated by us and processed through Lemon Squeezy's payment infrastructure. The timeline for funds to appear in your account depends on your card issuer or bank.
